We are delighted to have been the legal advisers to Ahascragh Distillers Limited on its recent fundraising. At present it has 5 products on the market with 3 brands – Clan Colla whiskey and Uais whiskey and Xin Gin. It is building a distillery in Ahsacragh, County Galway, which is set to be completed in 2022.
€1.5m was raised through a combination of the EIIS scheme and private investment, which will be used to complete its eco-distillery and whiskey experience in the village of Ahascragh at the old Ahascragh Mill site which dates back to the early 1800s.
