ABOUT CLODAGH
Clodagh is a partner in our property team. She specialises in commercial property transactions acting for companies and private clients in acquiring and selling a wide range of commercial properties and negotiation of commercial leases. She also acts and advises clients in residential property transactions. As a Trust and Estate Practitioner, she has practical experience and knowledge of probate, trusts and succession law.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
- Ardán Collective – acquisition and refinance of hotels such as the Wellington Hotel Dublin, Marine Hotel Sutton and Bellinter Hotel Navan.
- Acting for purchasers, vendors, landlords and tenants of various types of commercial property.
- Providing advice to charities regarding their property portfolios, including sales, leases, licences and boundary disputes.
- Assisting and supporting the MWM Commercial Team regarding property aspects of M&A transactions.
- Acting in commercial lending and refinance transactions.
