Founded in 2012, Scrumdiddly’s has five locations in Dublin and Kilkenny, serving up to 150,000 litres of Irish-made ice cream annually.
This strategic acquisition, led by KnightBridge’s Hospitality Division, marks the next step in the Knightbridge Group expansion plans.
