Entegro Group announces European expansion with France-based KYNTUS Group

The MWM corporate and commercial team of Conor Mullany, Elaine Keane and Conor Mullins, together with Clodagh O’Hagan from the property team, were delighted to advise the shareholders of the Entegro Group on this recent transaction.

Entegro, head-quartered in Kilkenny, Ireland was set up in 2019 through the combination of two companies servicing fixed telecommunications network infrastructure. Entegro primarily operates in the design and deployment of optical fibre networks in Ireland and the United Kingdom. It has also developed a network engineering activity in the United States of America.

The new partnership adds incremental resources and additional expertise from KYNTUS Group to the mix and augurs well for Entegro’s global expansion plans and diversification into the power and renewables sectors.

Fintan Shortall, Chairman at Entegro, said: “We are really excited about this partnership with KYNTUS, and the opportunities it will bring to Entegro’s future growth and expanding client services.”

Jim Doyle, CEO at Entegro, said: “KYNTUS is an ideal partner and is aligned with our ambition. They trust and believe in our capabilities and continued growth. We look forward to working with our management and wider teams on the next phase of our journey.”

Fabrice de Seze, CEO of KYNTUS Group, said: “Entegro has a strong international business with an experienced team and a client-focused culture. We look forward to working with them as we begin an exciting new phase in our shared journey and our continued expansion, diversification, as well as further job creation and new opportunities.”

The MWM team wish Entegro and KYTNUS the best with their new partnership.
