The MWM Corporate and Commercial team comprising Conor Mullany, Elaine Keane, Conor Mullins together with the MWM Commercial Property team comprising Clodagh O’Hagan and Ciara Kearney had the privilege of advising Sheila O’Riordan, Hotels Properties, on the acquisition of the Marine Hotel Sutton.
The Marine Hotel Sutton is a historic hotel, set on the coastline of north Dublin. It is the latest acquisition by Hotels Properties, which has added Bellinter House and The Wellington Hotel to its portfolio in the last year.
