PEMAC is a renowned leader in providing Saas Computerised Maintenance and Management Software (“CMMS”) and specialist services in the Irish market.
Elecosoft Limited is a leading international provider of software solutions to the construction and maintenance sectors.
The acquisition will enhance the now combined entity’s ability to deliver comprehensive solutions to a broader customer base and drive future growth.
