Since joining the firm in 2020, Michelle has played a central role in expanding both the employment and litigation practices, supporting clients across Ireland and the UK in navigating complex legislative change, managing workplace disputes and providing representation before the Workplace Relations Commission, Labour Court and civil courts. Her appointment reflects the continued growth of the department and the firm’s commitment to delivering strategic solutions and focused advice in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.
