Mullany Walsh Maxwells LLP has made three new appointments, reflecting continued growth and expansion across our practice areas over the last year.
Deirdre Cahill has joined as a Legal Director in the corporate and commercial team. She brings significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and corporate restructuring, and is widely recognised for her work in these areas.
Emma Daly joined as a solicitor in the private client department, where she advises on wills, estate planning and related matters.
Rachel Dineen has also joined as a solicitor, further strengthening our litigation and employment law practice.
