We are delighted to have advised the shareholders of Homecare Foods Limited (trading as Wiltshire Farm Foods Ireland) on the sale of the Company to Apetito.
Wiltshire Farm Foods is a home meal delivery service which has been cooking and delivering frozen meals for over 30 years to homes across Ireland. The company also provides catering solutions to care homes and hospitals around the country.
Apetito is a major European food producer, providing delicious, nutritious and sustainable meals to all, from the young to the elderly. Apetito operates in Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Canada and the United States and employs over 11,500 people globally.
The acquisition marks its first entry into Ireland.
